I urge each of you to take a few minutes and protect our freedom of choice when it comes to our health and welfare!!  Say no to this obvious attack on alternative healthcare practicioners by doing one or all of the following:

We have the fundamental right, OUR BIRTHRIGHT to make our own decisions about what we choose for health & alternative healing modalities, please speak up so that we can stop the tail from wagging the dog!!!! THIS is the TIME to collectively bring our power together, our health & freedom depends on it!!!  

There is a crisis in health freedom of choice. On April 30, 2007 the FDA will close the public comment period on a "Guidance" which will classify every alternative practice as medicine so that only licensed physicians can carry out the procedure AND vitamins, minerals, herbs, etc., will suddenly become "untested drugs" which will be forbidden.

Bad?  Real Bad!  WAKE UP public outcry can stop this assault on your health and your freedom!

Spread the word! Tell everyone in your Circle of Influence, professionals, alternative practitioners, nutrient and herb companies, everyone!  Let them know how important their participation is to make sure the FDA backs off from this repressive course.

Everyone needs to do this!  Please act today.  Legistlators have already taken away freedoms in Europe where you need a prescription to buy supplements. Just look at the YL website for Europe. You won’t see many of our supplements for sale there!  Big Pharma is trying to do the same here, plus even more restrictions.

     Global warming, wars, genocide, and a host of other problems face us. Seeing this I also see politicians making their promises and putting the blame elsewhere. So who is responsible? We all are. Why do we accept the words, and they are only words not actions, of politicians? What do we expect to change, and change for the better, with so many problems left unattended and only words, the same old words and promises, repeated endlessly?     To the politicians I say, not even your power or wealth will allow you to escape the effects of global warming, the change in climate, the change in food supplies, the rising sea’s. Do not think it is real? So many scientists of late have said it is, so why do you hold onto your positions claiming something to the contrary? Look at your children, and grandchildren, they will suffer because staying in office is more important to you than facing the hard truth, the world is in bad shape, on many levels, and you have done nothing about it.      Not taking responsibility is an epidemic, the teacher blames the parents for the child’s problems in school, and the parent blames the teacher for not teaching the child. Meanwhile our school systems suffer and the future generations are lost. Maybe, just maybe, it is the responsibility of both the teacher and parent to ensure the child is safe, has a safe environment to learn, and learns. Do not tell me if you are a teacher that the class is too big, the school supplies are not enough, and host of other problems exist. You accepted the teaching of the young, do it. I know it can be done because my family has those in it who were teachers, and poured their hearts into teaching, accepting responsibility for the teaching and welfare of the child.     As parents say they work long hours and are too busy, I say you are false to yourself and your children. I am a parent, and see the wonder of these children, these lives I have brought into this world, and know I am responsible for their well being, including their learning not only in school, but in and about life. Parents, you made them, accept responsibility for them. Get involved in their lives.     I live in a world that is changing, I cannot ignore this. What is my responsibility in this? Let my congressmen know that I do not want to leave a world to my children, and this means yours as well, that is dealing with potential catastrophic food shortage, mass migration due to coastal flooding, and society as a whole falling apart because we have kept our head in the sand, so to speak. We cannot feed the hungry now, we have homeless on the streets now, we have failed to take care of those in need after catastrophe’s now, how do we expect to deal with the future when we deny it and accept the same old same old even in the face of all we see. We are very good at complaining, we are very good at guarding our own very limited self-interest, but what of the larger issues? They will and do affect us and we can see this if we discard our tunnel vision, which puts us at the center of the universe.     Back to politicians. They are elected; they are there to serve the people and the country. Going to war under false pretenses, not properly equipping the soldiers, bankrupting the country over a war that was nothing more than a personal quest by a leader, I do not see how this is serving the people. The people are dying in a war that should never have been fought. The friends and companies of those in power are allowed to reap the financial benefits at the expense of the people. Where does this serve the people?      Some may say “What right do I have to write this?” Every right, the same right of every person in this country and on this planet has. All people, even those in power, were born in the same way as all of us, and will some day pass into Spirit, as we all do. They have assumed or maneuvered themselves into power, admittedly some to try and do good, though I think they have for the most part failed, and now in these positions they seem to have forgotten that they are part of a greater whole, humanity, not greater than the whole. I write this because I am a part of the greater whole, an equal part as anyone who reads this.      This is about responsibility, taking responsibility for our lives and our place in the greater whole. We, like this planet we live on, are all connected. I say if these words upset you, is it because they hit a nerve; hit a part of you that sees within these words a part of a greater truth. Stop blaming others and do something. All those things we created, and we did by either taking an active or passive role, passive in allowing things to become as they are. We have the ability to change what we have done. Be active not passive, speak up, not remain silent, remove all the politicians at the next election and any of those who do not do what is good for the whole. We do not need words, that time is past, we need action.      I believe there is in this world, at the heart of everyone in this world, the courage and power to change things for the better. We have been asleep too long and need to wake up, and in doing so make the changes necessary for our survival as a species, and the survival of other species and this planet. We are trapped by our ego, now the dominant specie. Well, the dinosaurs were once dominant, maybe not with our technology, but they were dominant and now extinct. Our technology is partly to blame for the threat to our future, but a greater cause of our situation is our collective silence on a global as well as personal level in not taking responsibility for who and what we are, and have done.      Look into the eyes of your loved ones and ask yourself if you have done all you can to honor that love and insure a future for those who will come after us. If not, do something now, for we are the future, and if nothing is done, those that survive this time will look back and write a very different history than our egos would write for ourselves.
